At the Feet of Jesus

Here goes nothing.

I'll be using this journal to post some random thoughts, studies, and news items I find interesting. I've been posting bible studies to my personal site (when I get around to it), but would like to make the process easier and allow for comments. I'll get some content up eventually (in theory). A little bit about myself.

I am a Web Developer by trade and a geek at heart. More importantly, I'm a husband and father to a wonderful girl named Brenda and a cute little 13 month old boy named Wesley respectively. Most importantly, I was saved about 2 and a half years ago after having bounced from the New Age movement to Atheism previously. Most surprising to me has been how reasonable God is, having previously though the idea of God was nuts.

I now believe a literal interpretation of the bible. It is useless unless we can trust it, and there is more than enough evidence to trust it. Yes, this includes a 6 day creation, which is not nearly as crazy as it sounds.

So that is that. With any luck, I'll actually make it back semi-frequently enough to make this at least a little bit interesting.
